Thank you for choosing Cozy Friend Creations! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reasonable shipping. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase. However during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. 

Shipping Methods and Rates:

  • We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. 
  • We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments 

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a satisfactory resolution. 

Order Modifications and Cancellations 

  • Once your order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible due to our streamlined processing system. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping Restrictions 

  • International Shipping: Unfortunately we do not ship international. We only ship domestic and are based in the USA.
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If you provide an incorrect address and your packaged is returned to us, please send an email (cozyfriendcreations1@gmail.com). I will email you if your email is on file. You will have two options 
  1. Repay Shipping: pay to have the package re-shipped to the correct address.
  2. Return: I will refund you for your purchase minus the original shipping cost. You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise and any taxes paid on it.

    Shipping to Multiple Addresses

    • If you would like to ship items to different addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address. Unfortunately, we are not able to split orders across multiple addresses at this time.

    • We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
